I like the idea of juxtaposing single shots with the panoramic shots. (although I think you want to exploit the broken panoramic form). Where are the other panoramic shots that you took? I would include these in the series. These shots become a visual example of the literally broken building. In contrast, I would make sure that the single shots were technically and aesthetically spot-on and stare unflinchingly at the details of decay. The broken panoramas could span three pages in book. The layout as well could mimic the broken landscapes. You need to find more commercial spaces.
